Research on the organizational structure of scientific research management in engineering construction enterprise——A Case Study of BJMCA Ltd.

以北京轨道公司为例,结合公司主营业务特点及组织结构,利用霍尔三维模型,用六个维度描述了公司生产经营与科研管理特点,构建了公司生产经营、科研管理双矩阵组织结构。该组织结构有利于公司生产经营与科研项目的同步实施,共享人力、物理资源,保持畅通的信息传递渠道。

A Case Study of BJMCA Ltd. Based on Hall three-dimensional model, meanwhile according to the feature of main business and organizational structure, utilize six dimensionality to describing the feature of production management and scientific research management. Thus established the production-scientific research management double matrix organization structure. This organization structure is conducive to synchronously conduct both projects by operating and scientific researching.
