共情共赢心理干预对自杀性药物中毒患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及治疗依从性的影响

Influence of Empathy and Win-win Psychological Intervention on Anxiety,Depression and Treatment Compliance in Patients with Suicide Drug Poisoning

目的探讨自杀性药物中毒患者应用共情共赢心理干预对其焦虑、抑郁情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月在我院洗胃的86例自杀性药物中毒患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施共情共赢心理干预。比较两组入院时和干预2周后焦虑、抑郁情况,治疗依从性以及不良反应。结果两组入院时汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预2周后HAMA为(6.02±3.10)分、HAMD为(6.09±2.14)分,低于对照组[(7.99±2.45)、(8.21±3.28)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性(93.02%)高于对照组(69.77%),不良反应发生率(6.98%)低于对照组(25.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自杀性药物中毒患者应用共情共赢心理干预疗效显著,能减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性,且安全性较高,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of sympathetic and win-win psychological intervention on anxiety,depression,and treatment compliance in patients with suicide drug poisoning.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,86 patients with suicide drug poisoning who were gastric ally lavaged in our hospital were divided into two groups using a random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group implements routine nursing,and the observation group implements sympathetic and win-win psychological intervention based on the control group.Anxiety,depression,treatment compliance,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at admission,2 weeks after intervention.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)at admission between the two groups(P>0.05);HAMA(6.02±3.10)in the observation group after 2 weeks The score and HAMD(6.09±2.14)score were lower than those of the control group(7.99±2.45)score and(8.21±3.28)score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(69.77%),and the incidence of adverse reactions(6.98%)was lower than that of the control group(25.58%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The symptomatic and win-win psychological intervention for patients with suicide drug poisoning has a significant effect,which can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the treatment compliance,and has higher safety.It is worthy of popularization and use.
