摘要
针对伊拉克某油田所面临的现场施工设备采购难、施工设备简陋等问题,基于组合法创新设计原理,就地取材,研制了一种结构紧凑、操作便捷、缠绕质量佳的新型管道防腐胶带缠绕机。提出的由低速电动套丝机带动管道旋转做主运动的新型缠绕方式,改善了传统缠绕机悬挂于管道外壁螺旋前进带来的胶带贴合不一致、缠绕质量不佳等问题。现场应用表明:该设备能有效解决现场施工效率低,工人劳动强度大等问题。
In view of the difficulties in purchasing construction equipment and crude construction equipment in an oilfield in Iraq,a new type of pipeline anti-corrosion tape winding machine with compact structure,convenient operation and good winding quality was developed based on the innovative design principle of combination method and local materials.A new type of winding method,which is driven by the low-speed electric threading machine to rotate the pipe as the main motion,is proposed,which improves the problems of the traditional winding machine hanging on the outer wall of the pipe,such as the inconsistency of the tape fitting and the poor winding quality.Field application shows that the equipment can effectively solve the problems of low construction efficiency and high labor intensity.
