长三角一体化背景下的地方高校产业学院建设——以服务绍兴集成电路产业为例

Construction of Industrial College in Local Universities Under Background of Yangtze River Delta Integration——Taking Serving Shaoxing IC Industry as an Example

为配合长三角一体化发展,区域产业规划推进迅速,地方高校服务产业转型升级的任务也更加凸显,产业学院作为一种新的产教融合办学模式已有不少的实践探索,但也存在不少问题。提出一种产业学院的新业态——产业学院联盟,旨在促进地方高校的人才供给与全产业链需求的融合。

In order to cooperate with the integration development of Yangtze River Delta,the regional industrial planning has been promoted rapidly,and local colleges and universities’task of serving industry transformation and upgrading has become more prominent.As a new school running mode of integration of industry and education,industrial college has many practical explorations,but there are also many problems.This paper proposes a new form of industrial college,industry college alliance,which aims to promote the integration of talent supply of local colleges and the demand of the whole industry chain.
