Cultivation of Adversity Quotient and Optimistic Mental State of Higher Vocational Students

高职生的逆商水平与乐观心态是高职生心理健康水平的主要标志,也是高职生心理健康教育的主要内容。以逆商理论及逆商评价方法为主要分析工具,对高职生逆商水平现状进行分析与总结,并提出提高高职生逆商水平以及乐观心态培育的方法与路径,对高职生战胜心理弱势,正确看待困难与挫折,合理确定人生目标,实现逆境成长与自我超越具有重要的现实意义。

The adversity quotient level and optimistic mental state of higher vocational students are the main signs of their mental health level,and also the main contents of their mental health education.Based on the theory of inverse quotient and the evaluation method of inverse quotient,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of higher vocational students’inverse quotient level,and puts forward the methods and paths to improve their inverse quotient level and cultivate their optimistic attitude,which is of great practical significance for higher vocational students to overcome their psychological weakness,correctly treat difficulties and setbacks,reasonably determine their life goals,and realize adversity growth and self-transcendence.
