Under the background of the Healthy China Initiative,in order to promote the implementation of Chinas basic medical and healthcare legislation,this paper interprets and analyzes the highlights and multi-dimensional values of the Basic Medical and Healthcare Promotion Law of the Peoples Republic of China.Its biggest highlight is that it has further laid the foundation of health law of the right to health,which not only highlights the important status and the value of the times of the citizens right to health,builds an interactive and harmonious doctor-patient relationship in which the right promotes the right and the right restricts the right,but also provides full-range and full-cycle healthcare system security for individual citizen.The legislation also covers multi-dimensional values,not only has the basic legal value,but also derives many social values.
