摘要 以斜花齿零件为研究对象,建立斜花齿零件冷挤压成形的三维模型及有限元模型。基于数值模拟对变形量最大的工序凸模进行四因素三水平正交试验,采用DEFORM-3D软件进行分组仿真模拟,以凸模磨损量为优化目标,并通过极差法和方差法分析四因素对凸模磨损的影响,得出最优工艺参数组合。结果表明,优化后的参数组合能提高模具寿命,为斜花齿零件的实际生产提供了理论依据。 The cold extrusion three-dimensional model and the finite element model of oblique tooth parts are established by taking oblique tooth parts as an example.Based on the numerical simulation,four factors and three horizontal orthogonal tests are carried out on the top die of the largest deformation process,and DEFORM-3D software is used to perform the packet simulation.Through the range method and variance method,taking the wear of top die as optimization objective,the influence of four factors on the wear of the top die is analyzed,and the optimal combination of process parameters is obtained.The change between the wear amount of the top die and the current top die optimization is explored,and the purpose of improving the die life is achieved.The theoretical basis is provided for the actual production of the oblique tooth parts.
