某小型油气式起落架缓冲特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 小型油气式起落架由于尺寸小存在小下沉速度下过载大的问题,其缓冲特性在结构和缓冲参数发生更改时变化较大,难以在工程中直接对其结构及参数进行调整得到理想结果。通过多体动力学仿真分析原理建立落震仿真模型,并与该小型油气式起落架研发落震试验结果进行对比验证。对验证后模型进行落震仿真分析,通过对油液阻尼孔结构进行更改,调整空气压力及轮胎压力,分析优化得到缓冲效果较好的起落架结构形式与对应参数,分析结果能较好地应用于该小型油气式起落架设计中。试验表明,结构及参数优化后起落架试验结果与仿真结果吻合度良好,在限制下沉速度下,缓冲效率提高11.6%,过载减小13.0%。 Small oil-gas landing gear has the problem of large overload under small sinking speed due to its small size.Its buffer characteristics change greatly when the structure and buffer parameters are changed,so it is difficult to adjust its structure and parameters directly in engineering to get ideal results.In this paper,the multi-body dynamics simulation analysis principle is used to establish the drop simulation model,and the results are compared with the drop test results of the small oil-gas landing gear.After verification,the model has been simulated and analyzed.By changing the structure of the oil damping hole,adjusting the air pressure and tire pressure,the landing gear structure with better buffer effect and corresponding parameters are obtained.The analysis results can be better applied to the small oil-gas landing gear.The test shows that the landing gear's test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.Under the limited sinking speed,the buffer efficiency is increased by 11.6%,and the overload is reduced by 13.0%.
