摘要
应用LMS软件的Virtual Lab.Motion模块建立了主起落架缓冲系统落震仿真动力学模型。通过对低温情况进行落震仿真,得到地面垂直载荷、缓冲器行程随时间的变化曲线,以及低温情况下的功量图。结合常温仿真参数和同类机型的实际运营情况,得出缓冲器低温设计时需要重点考虑的因素。
Virtual lab.Motion module of LMS software is used to establish the simulation dynamic model of the drop of the main landing gear shock absorbing system.By carrying out the drop simulation of the low temperature condition,the vertical load on the ground,the curve of the buffer travel with time,and the energy curve of the low temperature condition are obtained.The results and parameters of the two cases are compared and analyzed.Combined with the simulation parameters at room temperature and the actual operation of similar models,the key factors to be considered in the design of shock absorber at low temperature are obtained.
