摘要
为满足核反应堆控制棒驱动机构布置在压力容器堆底、间距小的特殊要求,设计了一种基于行波磁场的直线电机型控制棒驱动机构,实现无机械传动装置的直线驱动,完成了力移特性分析、永磁材料特性研究和结构设计,制造了直线电机型控制棒驱动机构样机,并通过了错对中试验、热态寿命试验、抗震试验等。试验结果表明,直线电机型控制棒驱动机构各项性能指标满足设计要求。
Nuclear reactor Control Rod Drive Mechanism(CRDM)is arranged at the bottom of reactor pressure vessel in small intervals.Linear driving method based on traveling wave magnetic field is proposed for CRDM.Linear drive of control rod without mechanical transmission device is realized.Characteristics between force and displacement are analyzed.Permanent magnet material is researched and structure design is completed.Based on these,linear motor type CRDM is developed.Misalignment test,heated life test and seismic test are conducted.The test results show that the performance of linear motor type CRDM satisfies design requirements.
