摘要
为进一步提高草莓的产量,改善果实品质,分别在草莓定植后,进入旺盛生长期、现蕾期、果实膨大期对供试草莓品种红颜,进行不同的施肥处理,设T1(氨基酸螯合肥)、T2(EDTA螯合肥)、T3(腐殖酸螯合肥)、T4(糖醇螯合肥)、T5(常规施肥)、CK(不施肥,喷施清水),研究不同螯合肥对草莓生长、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:T4处理的草莓植株株高和茎粗均最大,其次为T1处理;T1处理的叶面积最大;T2处理的SPAD值最大,其次为T4处理;T4处理的植株地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、地上部干重和地下部干重均最大;T4处理的根冠比和干鲜比最大;T4处理的可溶性固形物含量最大,其次为T1处理,两者差异不显著;T4处理的VC含量最高,固酸比最大,可滴定酸含量最低;T4处理的产量最高,其次是T1处理。施用不同螯合肥均可提高草莓植株的株高、茎粗、叶面积、SPAD值、生物量、根冠比、干鲜比,同时也可提高草莓的产量,改善果实品质。综上所述,T4处理的糖醇螯合肥效果最佳,其具有更广阔的推广应用前景。
In order to further improve the yield and quality of strawberry,the strawberry varieties Hongyan were treated with different fertilization treatments after the strawberry was planted,including T1(amino acid chelating fertilizer),T2(EDTA chelating fertilizer),T3(humic acid chelating fertilizer),T4(sugar alcohol chelating fertilizer),T5(conventional fertilization),and CK(no fertilization).The effects of different chelating fertilizer on strawberry growth,yield and quality were studied.The results showed that T4 treatment had the largest plant height and stem diameter,followed by T1 treatment;T1 treatment had the largest leaf area;T2 treatment had the largest SPAD value,followed by T4 treatment;T4 treatment had the largest aboveground fresh weight,underground fresh weight,aboveground dry weight and underground dry weight;T4 treatment had the largest root shoot ratio and dry fresh ratio;T4 treatment had the largest soluble solid content,followed gy T1 treatment,there was no significant difference between them;T4 had the highest VC content,the highest solid acid ratio and the lowest titratable acid content;T4 had the highest yield,followed by T1.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,SPAD value,biomass,root shoot ratio,dry fresh ratio,yield and fruit quality of strawberry could be improved by applying different chelating fertilizer.In conclusion,T4 treatment has the best effect of sugar alcohol chelation,which has a broader application prospect.
