城市更新项目调研工作的应用与思考--以重庆渝中区上大田湾老旧小区改造项目为例

Application and Thinking of the Research Work of Urban Renewal Project--A Case Study of the Old Community Shangdatianwan Renovation Project in Yuzhong District,Chongqing

老旧小区改造是重大民生工程和发展工程,对满足人民群众美好生活需要、推动惠民生扩内需、推进城市更新和开发建设方式转型、促进经济高质量发展具有十分重要的意义。该文以重庆市渝中区上大田湾老旧小区改造提升项目为例,针对改造项目中的调研工作进行梳理,在调研目标、内容、结果等方面,提出系统性的调研工作路径,并结合设计工作对具体实施过程进行思考与总结,可为类似工程提供工作路径参考与支撑。

The renovation of old communities,a major livelihood project and development project,is of great significance to meet people's demand for a better life,improve people's livelihood and boosts domestic demand,promote the transformation of urban renewal and development and construction modes,as well as facilitate high-quality economic development.Based on a renovation and upgrading project of the old community Shangdatianwan in Yuzhong District,Chongqing,this paper sorted out the investigation work in the renovation project,proposed a systematic research work path in terms of research objectives,contents,results,etc.,and presented some thoughts and summary on the specific implementation process combined with the design work,which can provide a work path reference and support for similar projects.
