摘要
该文介绍了重庆华宇城3号塔楼的结构体系、主要设计参数,以及结构超限情况,提出了相应的设计措施,并对塔楼进行了多遇地震作用下的弹性分析、设防地震作用下和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性分析,以及关键构件的精细化有限元分析。结果表明:该工程采取的设计措施保证结构的抗震性能满足规范要求,可为类似工程提供参考。
This paper introduced the structural system and the main design parameters of No.3 tower building of Chongqing Huayu City,as well as the structural overrun conditions,with corresponding design measures proposed.The elastic analysis on the tower building was conducted under the action of frequent earthquakes and under the action of fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes.Refined finite element analysis on key structural members were also conducted.The analysis results showed that the design measures adopted in this project can ensure that the seismic performance of the structure meets the requirements of the code,and it can provide a reference for similar projects.
