智能技术悲观主义的哲学反思与消解进路

随着人工智能的发展,智能机器超越并取代人类、引发失业大潮及导致无产阶级无用化等悲观主义论调甚嚣尘上。但目前而言,这些忧虑还不足为惧。意识鸿沟的存在将使人工智能难以超越人类,伴随智能技术产生的新兴行业会抵消失业大潮的威胁,自资本主义产生以来就不断受到排斥的无产阶级同样不会在智能机器的排斥下沦为无用阶级。然而,智能技术的发展却面临着更为深层的现实困境,即人机主奴关系倒转、劳动异化程度加深及工具理性与价值理性日渐失衡。对此,促进人机协同与进化、加强人工智能的资本规制及实现工具理性与价值理性的融合,将是我们更好地走出人工智能悲观主义迷障、促进社会和谐有序发展的途径。

With the development of artificial intelligence,certain pessimism has become a hot topic,particularly those that believe that intelligent machine surpasses and replaces human beings and AI causes mass unemployment and leads to the uselessness of the proletariat.But,at present,these worries should not pose any threat to our lives.The ideological abyss will make it difficult for artificial intelligence to surpass human beings.The emerging industries accompanied by intelligent technology will offset the threat of unemployment.The proletariat,which has been constantly excluded since the birth of capitalism,will not become a useless class under the influence of intelligent machines.However,the development of intelligent technology is facing deeper difficulties in reality,which are,the reversal of the serving relationship between man and machine,the deepening of labor alienation and the imbalance between instrumental and value rationality.Therefore,to promote the cooperation and evolution of human and machine,strengthen the capital regulation of artificial intelligence and realize the integration of instrumental and value rationality will pave the way for us to be better prepared to shake off the artificial intelligence pessimism and to promote the harmonious and orderly development of society.
