摘要
服装舒适性是服装的关键要素,它可分为触觉舒适性、心理舒适性和热舒适性3个方面。舒适性与织物的表面光洁度、透气性和热传递性有关。研究旨在利用天然纤维和合成纤维及其混纺纱线制备一种具有良好舒适性的织物,其基本原则是提高不同横截面聚酯纤维的亲水性能。研究了纤维横截面形状对织物性能的影响。纤维横截面有不同的形状如八叶形、四叶形、六叶形和三叶形等,纤维横截面形状对纤维的物理性能和化学性能都有影响,可以根据产品需求进行分析。通过本文的完整研究,得到了不同的物理和化学性能测试分析结果。
Clothing comfort is the crucial factor in apparel.The clothing comfort property is categorized into 3 terms i.e.tactile,psychological and thermal comfort.Comfort characteristics are related to fabric surface or smoothness,air permeability and heat transfer of fabric.The objective of the present study is to produce a base layer fabric using natural and synthetic fibers and their blends which will deliver good comfort properties with improved chemical performance.Basic motto is to enhance the hydropholicity of polyester with different cross-section.This paper looks at influences of the fiber cross-sectional shape on fabric properties.There is different cross-sectional shape such as octalobal,tetra,hexas and trilobal etc.The cross-sectional shape of filament influences the both physical and chemical properties and they can be analyzed as per requirements.From the complete study on this segregate,results were obtained as per the different physical and chemical tests done.
