浅谈衬衫MTM定制系统制版建模方法

Introduction to the modeling method of MTM custom system for shirt

服装合体制衣(MTM)系统是根据顾客的个性化要求进行的量身定制系统,其技术尚在起步和探索阶段。简要介绍了衬衫MTM系统中个体服装纸样建模方法,归纳了MTM系统建模的制版规律,以期通过优化建模方法来保证生产质量并提高工作效率,从而为今后MTM系统快速准确打板提供依据。

MTM(made to measure)for clothing helped manufacturing custom-fitted garment according to personalized requirements of customers.It was currently in the initial stage and still needed exploration.In this paper,the modeling method for personal garment pattern in MTM customization system was briefly introduced,and the pattern making rules for modeling were summarized.In order to ensure production quality and improve work efficiency,the modeling method was optimized to provide the basis for the fast and accurate pattern making in future MTM system.
