基于升麻鳖甲汤组方原理探讨“火郁发之”的内涵与应用

Discussion on The Connotation and Application of“Huo Yu Fa Zhi”Based on The Principle of Shengma Biejia Decoction

升麻鳖甲汤出自张仲景《金匮要略·百合狐惑阴阳毒病脉证治第三》,“火郁发之”出自《素问·六元正纪大论篇》。江泳教授据升麻鳖甲汤及升麻鳖甲汤去雄黄、蜀椒二方的配伍机理研究,基于疾病本体创新性地提出升麻鳖甲汤与“火郁发之”的联系,指出“阴阳毒”实为“火郁”之机,升麻鳖甲汤切合“发之”之法,并以此为基础明确界定“火郁发之”的临床使用方法,详细阐释针对郁火的用药原则、程度、侧重,为以“火郁”为病机的各类疾病诊治开拓了新的思路与方法。

Shengma Biejia Decoction comes from ZHANG Zhong-jing’s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,and"Huo Yu Fa Zhi"comes from Suwen.Professor JIANG Yong studied the formula mechanism of Shengma Biejia Decoction and Shengma Biejia Decoction without Xionghuang and Shujiao,based on the noumenon of disease,creatively puts forward the relationship between Shengma Biejia Decoction and"Huo Yu Fa Zhi"and points out that"Yin Yang Toxin"is actually in accord with the mechanism of"Huo Yu"and Shengma Biejia Decoction is accord with the method of"Fa Zhi".And then this paper clearly defines the clinical application method of"Huo Yu Fa Zhi"and explains in detail the principle,degree and emphasis of medication for"Huo Yu",which opens up new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases with"Huo Yu"as the pathogenesis.
