《针灸大成》中风池穴临床应用规律浅析

通过整理《针灸大成》中有关风池穴的的文献记载,对其在定位、刺法灸法和临床应用等方面的规律归纳总结后进行分析,以为临床使用风池穴治疗疾病提供一定的参考和理论指导。风池穴作为胆经和三焦经、阳维脉的交会穴,不仅能治疗胆经病,还能兼治所交经脉的病症,同时风池穴也是风邪入脑之要冲,为治风之要穴,善治一切内风和外风病症。书中部分篇章也明确指出了风池穴在疾病治疗中的重要性。书中关于风池穴主治证候的记载也较繁多,但通过总结后可归纳为头痛、眩晕、肢体经络病证、五官疾患等。杨氏在书中虽对风池穴进行了较为详尽的记载,但在临床中运用风池穴时还需要根据疾病的不同情况,灵活变通地选择针刺和艾灸方法、补泻手法以及配伍腧穴等。

By sorting out the literature records of Fengchi point in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and analyzing the rules of its location,acupuncture moxibustion and clinical application,we can provide certain reference and theoretical guidance for clinical use of Fengchi point in the treatment of diseases.Fengchi point is the intersection point of gallbladder meridian and Yang Wei meridian、triple energizer meridian.It can not only treat the diseases of the gallbladder meridian,but also treat the diseases of the cross meridians,at the same time,Fengchi point is also the key point for wind evil to enter the brain.It is the key point for the treatment of wind,and is good at treating all internal and external wind diseases.Some chapters in the book also clearly point out the importance of Fengchi point in disease treatment.There are many records about the main symptoms of Fengchi acupoint,but they can be summarized as headache,vertigo,syndrome of limbs and meridians,diseases of five sense organs and so on.In the book,YANG recorded Fengchi acupoint in detail,but in clinical practice,it is also necessary to flexibly select acupuncture and moxibustion methods,reinforcing and reducing methods and compatible acupoints and so on according to different conditions of the disease.
