摘要
在组织发展过程中逐渐会产生一种环境,这种环境是能够为员工所认知的,是在组织内部逐渐得到强化并进一步对员工形成影响的,这种环境就是基于认知的组织氛围。论文从组织氛围出发,对组织氛围的构成进行了分析,在此基础上讨论了组织氛围对绩效管理的影响,并基于组织氛围提出了绩效管理水平的提升建议,以期为绩效管理实践提供有益的指导。
In the development process of organization,there will be a kind of environment gradually,which can be recognized by employees,gradually strengthened within the organization and further affect employees.This kind of environment is the organizational climate based on cognition.Starting from the organizational climate,this paper analyzes the composition of organizational climate.Based on this,the paper discusses the impact of organizational climate on performance management,and puts forward suggestions to improve performance management level based on organizational climate,so as to provide useful guidance for performance management practice.
