摘要
物业管理企业在竞争日趋激烈的社会环境下致力于推动企业未来的发展,整合当前物业管理企业内部的规划设计,实行有效的发展改革措施。物业管理企业面临较大的发展压力,其想要达到预期的经营目标,就必须对企业内部的各项政策进行深化调整,提出完善科学的应对措施和应对机制,规避各项管理风险。鉴于此,论文结合多年工作经验,对加强物业管理企业内部控制提出了一些建议,以供参考。
In the increasingly competitive social environment,property management enterprises are committed to promoting the future development of enterprises,integrating the current planning and design within the property management enterprises,and implementing effective development and reform measures.Property management enterprises are facing greater development pressure.If they want to achieve the expected business objectives,they must deepen the adjustment of various policies within the enterprises,put forward perfect scientific response measures and response mechanism,and avoid various management risks.In view of this,combined with many years of work experience,this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the internal control of property management enterprises,for reference.
