河北省农产品生产模式的信息化发展策略研究

Research on the Informatization Development Strategies of Agricultural Products Production Mode in Hebei Province

传统的农产品生产模式仍存在品种单一、质量参差不齐、农产品的规模经济发展困难等问题,推动农产品生产从传统模式向智能化模式发展迫在眉睫。农业信息化为传统农产品生产模式向智能化模式转变提供了方向和内生动力。目前,河北省农业信息化建设仍存在制度不健全、基础设施投入不足、农民信息化素质较低等问题。论文基于“农户+政府+龙头企业”的新型生产模式,提出河北省农产品生产模式目前存在的问题,并基于农业信息化发展提出河北省农产品生产模式发展的策略和建议。

The traditional production mode of agricultural products still has some problems,such as single variety,uneven quality,and difficulty in developing scale economy of agricultural products.It is urgent to promote the development of agricultural products production from traditional mode to intelligent mode.Agricultural informatization provides direction and endogenous power for the transformation from traditional agricultural products production mode to intelligent mode.At present,there are still some problems existing in the construction of agricultural informatization in Hebei Province,such as imperfect system,insufficient investment in infrastructure and low quality of farmers'informatization.Based on the new production mode of"farmers+government+leading enterprises",this paper puts forward the problems existing in agricultural products production mode in Hebei Province.Based on the development of agricultural informatization,this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the development of agricultural products production mode in Hebei Province.
