近年来,中小企业占全国企业总数的比重及其总产值占全国GDP的比重逐步增加,并提供了大量的就业岗位。但是由于各种不确定性因素,中小企业损失了部分发展的机会。随着我国市场经济和经济全球化的不断发展,中小企业面临的问题日趋复杂化,无论是内部还是外部因素都会对其带来一定影响。所以中小企业较低的财务管理水平、较弱的防范和控制财务风险的能力等问题阻碍了其健康可持续发展,所以中小企业管理者必须有效解决上述问题。

In recent years,the proportion of the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the total number of enterprises and their total output value in the national GDP has gradually increased,and they provide a large number of jobs.But due to various uncertainties,small and medium-sized enterprises lose some opportunities of development.With the continuous development of market economy in China and economic globalization,the problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises are becoming more and more complex.Both internal and external factors will have a certain impact on them.Therefore,the low level of financial management,weak ability to prevent and control financial risks and other problems of small and medium-sized enterprises hinder their healthy and sustainable development,so the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises must effectively solve the above problems.
