浅谈基层纪检组织日常监督中存在的问题和改进思路

近年来,大部分纪检机关能够认真贯彻落实党的十九大、十九届中央纪委系列全会精神,严格落实“双重领导”体制和“三为主”要求,持续在主责主业深入融入中心上下功夫。但由于政治站位不高、体制固化、专兼职人员综合素质不高等因素,在履行监督责任时仍存在一些瓶颈和问题,需要给予高度重视并结合企业实际切实加以解决。

In recent years,most of the disciplinary inspection agencies have been able to seriously implement the spirits of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and a series of Plenary Sessions of 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,strictly implement the"dual leadership"system and the"three-mainstay"requirements,and continue to work hard to deeply integrate the main responsibility and main business into the overall situation of the center.However,due to the factors of low political position,solidified system and low comprehensive quality of full-time and part-time personnel,there are still some bottlenecks and problems existing in the performance of supervision duty,which need to be paid great attention to and effectively solved in accordance with the actual situation of the enterprise.
