Research on the National Economic Evaluation of Landscape Engineering on Both Sides of Urban Expressway

国民经济评价作为项目可行性研究的重要组成内容,对项目决策起着十分重要的作用。论文以台州市现代大道两侧绿化工程建设为实例,从国家整体角度研究项目的效益与费用,并应用影子价格、社会折现率分析项目为国民经济带来的净效益,评价项目的经济合理性。

As an important part of project feasibility research,national economic evaluation plays a very important role in project decision-making.Taking the landscape engineering construction on both sides of Xiandai Avenue in Taizhou City as an example,this paper studies the benefit and cost of the project from the perspective of the whole country,analyzes the net benefit brought by the project for the national economy by applying shadow price and social discount rate,and evaluates the economic rationality of the project.
