民办高校金融类专业校企合作问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of School-Enterprise Cooperation of Finance Majors in Private Universities

随着我国“中国制造2025”的提出,以及“互联网+新业态”的发展,社会行业新兴职业岗位人才需求将更加多样化,使得我国高层次多样化的应用技术技能型人才短缺的问题日益突出。校企合作是各大高校培养应用技术型人才的重要方式之一。论文以郑州财经学院金融学院为例,对该学院校企合作存在的问题进行分析,并提出建立深度融合的校企合作模式的具体措施。

With the proposal of"Made in China 2025"and the development of"internet+new forms of business",the demand for talents in emerging professions in social industries will be more diversified,which makes the shortage of high-level and diversified applied technical and skilled talents in China increasingly prominent.School-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways for colleges and universities to train applied technology talents.This paper takes the School of Finance of Zhengzhou Institute of Finance and Economics as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation of the school,and puts forward specific measures to establish the school-enterprise cooperation mode of deep integration.
