摘要
大型电力系统的可靠性和安全性至关重要。实时电力系统的运行由于结构的增加、负荷需求的增加等问题而变得更加困难和复杂。实施基于智能调度系统的动态安全评估和基于能量管理系统采集的实时数据的计算分析对保证电力系统的安全和稳定性起着重要作用。建立基于电网项目协同优化效率评价的评价模型,用于指导电网规划方案的选择,从而提高了区域电网规划的综合效益。
The reliability and security of large power system are very important.The operation of real time power system becomes more difficult and complex due to the increase of structure and load demand.The implementation of dynamic security assessment based on intelligent dispatching system and calculation and analysis of real time data collected by energy management system plays an important role in ensuring the security and stability of power system.An evaluation model based on the efficiency evaluation of power grid project collaborative optimization is established to guide the selection of power grid planning scheme.Thus,the comprehensive benefits of regional power grid planning are improved.
