基于CDIO理念的校企合作人才培养模式探析

Analysis of the Talent Training Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation Based on CDIO Concept

作为一种科学的人才培养模式,校企合作越来越受到重视,而且也在合作机制方面不断改革和创新,而运用CDIO理念开展校企合作,对于更有效地培养人才具有十分重要的价值,应当对此进行研究和探索,努力提升校企合作人才培养模式的有效性。论文在简要分析CDIO理念对校企合作人才培养模式的影响基础上,重点就如何更科学、更有效、更系统地应用CDIO理念推动校企合作人才培养模式创新提出优化策略,旨在为促进校企合作人才培养模式取得更大突破提供参考与借鉴。

As a scientific talent training mode,school-enterprise cooperation has been paid more and more attention,and the cooperation mechanism has been continuously reformed and innovated.The application of CDIO concept to carry out school-enterprise cooperation is of great value for more effective talent cultivation,which should be studied and explored,and efforts should be made to improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode.Based on a brief analysis of the influence of CDIO concept on the school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode,this paper emphatically proposes optimization strategies on how to apply CDIO concept more scientifically,more effectively and more systematically to promote the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode,aiming to provide reference for promoting the school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode to achieve greater breakthroughs.
