摘要
论文提出了考虑主动管理(AM)的配电网络分布式分散式发电(DG)机组的长期动态规划。在AM运行模式下,配电网设备根据系统参数(电压和电流)的实时测量进行实时控制。该模型确定了分布式发电机组的最优规模、位置和投资时间。能源价格和负荷增长率的不确定性是通过基于情景的建模方法来处理的。在AM环境下,最优分布式电源规划的计算是一个混合整数的非线性问题,可以用商业优化软件包如GAMS来解决。
In this paper,the long-term dynamic planning of distributed generation(DG)units in distribution networks considering active management(AM)is proposed.In AM operation mode,distribution network equipment carries out real-time control according to real-time measurement of system parameters(voltage and current).The model determines the optimal size,location and investment time of distributed generator sets.The uncertainty of energy price and load growth rate is dealt with by scenario-based modeling.In AM environment,the calculation of optimal distributed power planning is a nonlinear problem of mixed integers,which can be solved by commercial optimization packages such as GAMS.
