摘要
论文通过人的理性决策和均衡分析,建立模型阐述员工绩效考核目标和员工行为的作用机制,发现绩效考核指标的设立与所预期的工作业绩会发生偏离,并解释偏离原因,针对上述情况提出企业优化员工绩效考核机制的建议。
Through people's rational decision-making and equilibrium analysis,this paper establishes a model to expound the function mechanism of employee performance appraisal objectives and employee behavior,finds that the establishment of performance appraisal indicators deviates from the expected work performance,and explains the reasons for the deviation,and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the employee performance appraisal mechanism in view of the above situation.
