Application Analysis of Informatization Technology in Hospital Archives Management Under New Situation

对于医院而言,档案是其关键的信息承载者。文件数据、人事资料以及政策文件等,均记录于档案中。目前,档案已然成为医院管理以及运营的重要基础,进一步提高了档案管理工作质量和利用效率,是许多医疗机构研究的重要内容。论文首先就信息化技术的应用价值进行分析,随后探讨了潜在的各方面应用问题,最后针对性地就普及信息技术于医院档案管理中的有效路径展开讨论。

For hospitals,archives are the key information carriers.Documentation data,personnel information and policy documents are all recorded in the archives.At present,archives have become an important basis for hospital management and operation,which further improves the quality and utilization efficiency of archives management,and is an important content of research in many medical institutions.This paper firstly analyzes the application value of informatization technology,then discusses the potential application problems in various aspects,and finally discusses the effective path of popularizing informatization technology in hospital archives management.
