Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability of Graduate Students of Design Major in"Intelligent Times"

在“新文科”背景下,专业学位硕士研究生创新实践能力培养是当前高等教育人才培养的重要内容之一,也是创新人才的关键。智能时代设计专业研究生创新能力的培养与策划基本特性的呈现,表示着新世纪以来设计专业创新教育的发展趋向,同时也对其基本目标、工作内涵、人才素质及其结构等提出新的规范性要求。文章通过对设计专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养上所做的有益探索与实践的总结反思,提出从管理模式、利用学校与社会资源、培养方式以及人才质量评价等方面进行改革与创新,构建设计专业学位研究生创新实践能力培养体系。

Under the background of"new liberal arts",the cultivation of innovative practical ability of professional degree master graduate students is one of the important contents of current higher education talent training,and it is also the key to innovative talents.The presentation of the basic characteristics of the cultivation and planning of the creative ability of design graduates in the intelligent era indicates the development trend of design professional innovation education in the new century.At the same time,it also proposes new norms for its basic goals,work content,talent quality and structure,etc.This article summarizes and reflects on the useful exploration and practice of the cultivation of the practical innovation ability of design professional degree graduates,and proposes to reform and innovate in the aspects of management mode,use of school and social resources,training methods,and talent quality evaluation to build a design major cultivation system for degree postgraduates'innovative and practical ability.
