油井套管放气压力的确定方法研究

摘要 在进行油井套管放气时,现场技术人员通常是根据经验多次降低套管压力,然后记录每次降低套管压力后油井的产液量,再从记录的数据中查找最高产液量对应的套管压力,存在弊端。依据现场30井次实际套管放气数据,用最小二乘数法拟合,建立油井套管放气压力计算模型。通过相关系数R检验、回归系数的显著性t检验、回归模型的显著性F检验,证明了该模型中的温度变量X和Y之间的线性关系合理。现场应用10井次,套管放气最佳合理压力值设定成功率为100%,具有推广应用价值。 In the process of casing gassing,field technicians usually reduce casing pressure several times according to experience, then record the fluid production of the well after each casing pressure reduction, and then find the casing pressure corresponding to the most productive volume from the recorded data, which has some disadvantages. According to the actual casing outgassing data of 30 Wells, the calculation model of casing outgassing pressure of oil well is established by fitting with the least square multiplier method. The linear relationship between the temperature variables X and Y in the model is proved to be reasonable by the correlation coefficient R test,the significance t-test of the regression coefficient,and the significance F-test of the regression model. It has been applied in field for 10 Wells,and the success rate of setting the best reasonable pressure value of casing bleed is 100%,which has the value of popularization and application.
