摘要
针对大庆油田ϕ57 mm及以下抽油机井无法实现二次作业油管防喷的问题,开展了抽油机小泵油管防喷工艺技术研究与应用。通过对现有的泵筒防喷工具结构及失效情况进行分析,研制了小泵防喷开关,其结构特点是工具上部设计了平衡滑套机构;下部设计了通过4道盘根封堵进液侧孔的结构。现场应用28口井,其中有16口井进行了二次施工作业,防喷成功率为100%。抽油机小泵油管防喷工艺技术的研究与应用为井下作业井筒流体控制提供了技术支持,实现了ϕ57 mm及以下抽油机井无溢流施工作业。
Aiming at the problem that the secondary operation tubing blowout prevention cannot be realized in the pumping wells with diameter ofϕ57 mm and below in Daqing Oilfield,the research and application of tubing blowout prevention technology for small pump of pumping unit are carried out.Based on the analysis of the structure and failure of the existing blowout preventer for pump barrel,the blowout preventer switch for small pump is developed.Its structural feature is that the upper part of the tool is designed with a balanced sliding sleeve mechanism,and the lower part is designed with a structure of plugging the inlet side hole through four packing.Twenty eight wells have been used in the field,of which 16 wells have been operated twice,and the success rate of blowout prevention is 100%.The research and application of blowout prevention technology for small pump tubing of pumping unit provides technical support for wellbore fluid control of down hole operation,and realizes no overflow operation of pumping unit well with diameter ofϕ57 mm and below.
