合理间抽制度的生产能耗综合分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着油田高含水期开发时间的延续,为了弥补油田产量的递减,部分薄差油层相继投入了开发,因此导致了部分低产低效井的出现,这些低产低效井若仍然采取全天制的运行方式生产,必然会损失掉大量的电能、增加油田的生产成本。为了改善这种状况,通过将机采井间抽状态与全天生产状态进行现场试验对比分析,监测节态与原态的能耗数据,以现场试验数据对低产低效井开展间抽工作后的含水、泵效、产液量等方面进行了探讨,通过动态跟踪生产数据发现,间抽后平均单井日耗电大幅下降,降幅可达70%,同时采取间抽措施的井检泵周期也得到了延长,不仅减少了作业次数和关井时间,降低了作业成本,还达到了提高出油效率,降本增效的目的,年可创造经济效益140余万元,取得了较好的经济效益。 With the extension of development time in high water cut stage,in order to make up for the decline of oilfield production,some thin and poor oil layers have been put into development,which leads to the emergence of some low production and low efficiency wells.If these low production and low efficiency wells still adopt full-time operation mode,they will inevitably lose a lot of power and increase the production cost of the oilfield.In order to improve this situation,through the field test comparison and analysis between the pumping state of mechanical recovery wells and the whole day production state,the energy consumption data of saving state and original state are monitored,and the water content,pump efficiency and liquid production of low production and low efficiency wells after intermittent pumping are discussed.According to the dynamic tracking production data,it is found that the average daily power consumption of a single well is greatly reduced by 70%after intermittent pumping.At the same time,the period of well inspection with intermittent pumping measures has been extended,which not only reduces the operation times and shut in time,but also reduces the operation cost,improves the oil production efficiency,reduces the cost and increases the efficiency.The annual economic benefit can be more than 1.4 million yuan,which has achieved good results economic performance.
