砂烫附片炮制前后的质量属性变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立附片生物碱含量和水煎液特征图谱测定方法,探究砂烫法炮制附片前后的质量属性变化。方法采用HPLC分别建立附片中生物碱成分的含量测定方法和附片水煎液特征图谱的测定方法;采用砂烫法炮制附片,以生物碱含量、特征图谱、出膏率来表征质量属性,分别对生附片和砂烫附片进行考察,并结合统计学分析其炮制前后的量值变化。结果建立了附片中含量和特征图谱的测定方法。根据统计学结果,附片炮制前后质量属性稳定,三个产地附片炮制前后的三种单酯型生物碱明显增加、三种双酯型生物碱明显降低;特征图谱无显著性差异;出膏率无显著性差异。结论基于HPLC所建立的附片中生物碱成分的含量测定方法和附片水煎液特征图谱方法简便、稳定、准确可靠,能够测定附片炮制前后生物碱成分含量及特征图谱;炮制后附片质量属性稳定,砂烫法可起到减毒增效的作用。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of alkaloid content and characteristic map,and to explore the changes of quality properties before and after the processing of aconite slices by sandscorch method.Methods HPLC is used to establish the method for the determination of alkaloid components and the characteristic map of aconite slices.The content of alkaloids,characteristic map and paste yield are used as the quality attribute indexes to investigate the quality properties of raw and processed aconite slices,and the changes before and after processing are analyzed statistically.Results The method is established.According to the statistical results,the quality properties of the attached tablets are stable before and after processing,and the three monoester alkaloids increased and the three diester alkaloids decreased significantly before and after processing.There is no significant difference in the characteristic map and paste yield.Conclusion The HPLC method are simple,stable,accurate and reliable,can be used to measure the content and characteristic map of alkaloid components in aconite slices before and after processing.The sand-scorch method can play the role of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.
