珠子参总皂苷超声-微波协同提取工艺优化 被引量:5

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Saponins in Panacis Majoris Rhizoma Using Ultrasonic-Microwave Synergistic Extraction

摘要 目的优化珠子参总皂苷的超声-微波协同提取工艺。方法以珠子参总皂苷得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box–Behnken响应面法对珠子参总皂苷的超声-微波协同提取工艺进行优化,并与超声提取、微波提取等方法进行比较。结果珠子参总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为:微波功率为466 W,超声功率为359 W,提取时间为9 min,液料比为35 mL/g,珠子参总皂苷得率为(13.66±0.70)%,优于其它提取方法。结论Box-Behnken效应面法优化提取珠子参总皂苷超声-微波协同提取方法具有提取率高、时间短、能耗低等特点,为珠子参总皂苷的进一步开发利用提供参考。 Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total saponins in Panacis Majoris Rhizoma using ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction.Methods With total saponins in Panacis Majoris Rhizoma as index and based on the experiments of single factor,Box-Behnken response surface methodology is used to determine the content of total saponins from Panacis Majoris Rhizoma using ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction,and compared with uitrasonic method,microwave method.Results The optimum extraction conditions are the microwave power of 466 W,the ultrasonic power of 359 W,extraction time of 9 min,and a ratio of liquid/solid 35 mL/g.The total saponins in Panacis Majoris Rhizoma is(13.66±0.70)%,which is higher than each of them.Conclusion The ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction by Box-Behnken response surface methodology has the advantages of high extraction efficiency,short time,low energy,which can provide a reference for the further study of total saponins in Panacis Majoris Rhizoma.
