摘要
慢性紧张型头痛临床发病率高、西医治疗难愈。邵淑娟认为"肝气郁结"是紧张型头痛的病机关键,临床上运用柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性紧张型头痛,疗效明显。该文介绍了邵淑娟治疗慢性紧张型头痛的临床经验及见解,并选取了其临床医案以阐述其用药特色。
The clinical incidence of chronic tension-type headache is high,and it is difficult to be cured by western medicine.SHAO Shujuan believes that"stagnation of liver Qi"is the key to the pathogenesis of tension-type headache.The clinical application of Chaihu Shugan Powder to treat chronic tension-type headache has obvious effects.This article introduces SHAO Shujuan’s clinical experience and insights in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache,and selects his clinical medical records to illustrate his medication characteristics.
