Mechanism and Clinical Experience of Dazhu Point in the Treatment of Irregular Menstruation

基于中医经典中对"大杼"穴的相关论述,以及近现代医家于此穴之延伸认识和研究进展,得知大杼穴的应用愈加宽泛,丰富了诸多疾病的诊疗方案,且疗效确切。作者结合李思康主任的学术思想和临床经验,从冲脉、开表、性腺轴等数个维度阐述大杼穴治疗月经不调的机理,并与临床医案相佐证。

Based on the"Dazhu"point in the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the extended understanding and research progress of modern doctors on this point,it is known that the application of Dazhu point has become more extensive,enriching the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases,and the curative effect.Based on the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Director LI Sikang,the author explained the mechanism of Dazhu acupoint treating irregular menstruation from several dimensions such as Chongmai,Opening Table,and Gonadal Axis,and corroborated it with clinical records.
