中药外敷在带状疱疹中医护理方案优化中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Optimization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Scheme for Herpes Zoster

目的:对中药(青黛)外敷在带状疱疹中医护理方案优化中的应用效果进行分析。方法将2018年1月至2019年2月在我院住院治疗的42例带状疱疹患者,按随机数字表法分为外敷组(21例)和对照组(21例)。对照组按照带状疱疹中医护理方案实施护理。外敷组在对照组的基础上增加青黛外敷。在治疗前、治疗后10d运用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行疼痛评分的比较,并在治疗过程中记录止疱、结痂及脱痂时间。结果外敷组VAS评分低于对照组,止疱、结痂及脱痂时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青黛外敷可减轻带状疱疹患者疼痛症状,提高临床疗效。我院将其纳入了带状疱疹的优化方案中全院推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of external application of Chinese medicine(Indigo Naturalis)in the optimization of Chinese medicine nursing program for herpes zoster.Methods 42 patients with herpes zoster who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were divided into an external application group(21 cases)and a control group(21 cases)according to a random number table.The control group implemented nursing care in accordance with the TCM nursing program for herpes zoster.In addition to the control group,the external application group added Qingdai external application.Before treatment and 10 days after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain scores,and the time of blistering,scab formation,and scab removal were recorded during the treatment.Results The VAS score of the external application group was lower than that of the control group,and the time for blister arrest,scab formation and scab removal were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Indigo Naturalis can relieve the pain symptoms of patients with herpes zoster and improve the clinical efficacy.Our hospital included it in the optimized plan for shingles and promoted it throughout the hospital.
