摘要
通过对高效沉淀池运行时存在的影响因素进行分析研究发现,当进水量越大时,高效沉淀池泥层高度越高,并且絮体的临界沉速越大;当调节高效沉淀池回流泵频率从10 Hz到50 Hz时,反应池污泥浊度逐渐升高,沉淀池泥层高度变化不大;当反应池污泥浊度从23.3 NTU提高到82.5 NTU时,总磷的去除率从66.99%提高到90.29%;总磷净去除量会随着聚合氯化铝投加量的增加呈抛物线递增,但其去除总磷效率逐渐降低;聚丙烯酰胺阴离子投加量会影响泥层厚度、絮体大小以及沉降时间,当其投加量在0.8~1.0 mg/L时效果最佳。
Through the analysis of the influential factors in the operation of the high-efficiency pool,it is found that:the higher the water inflow,the higher the mud layer height of high-efficiency pool,and the higher the critical sinking speed of flocs;when the frequency of the high-efficiency tank reflux pump is adjusted from 10 Hz to 50 Hz,the turbidity of the sludge in the reaction tank gradually increases,and the height of the sludge layer in the settling tank does not change much,when the turbidity of sludge in the reaction tank increased from 23.3 NTU to 82.5 NTU,the removal rate of total phosphorus increased from 66.99%to 90.29%;the total net phosphorus removal will increase with the increase of aluminum chlorohydrate dosage,but the total phosphorus removal efficiency decreases with the increase of aluminium chlorohydrate gradually;the amount of polyacrylamide anion will affect the thickness of the mud layer,the size of flocs and the settling time.When Polyacrylamide anion is applied at dosage of 0.8~1.0 mg/L,the effect is the best.
