典型大气污染物监测浓度折算方法研究

摘要 国家排放标准中大气污染物规定排放浓度限值都是标准状况基准氧含量下的限值,实际工况下监测的各项污染物浓度值与烟气温度、湿度、压力及基准氧含量等烟气参数相关,通过系统梳理研究工况条件下实测污染物浓度值折算方法,明确了折算公式,详细列出了常用大气污染物折算系数。折算值作为污染物是否达标的判断依据,避免了污染源人为操作稀释达标,解决了日常工作中常出现的无法快速准确判定大气污染物监测数据是否达标的困境,为现场环境执法、监测人员及企业生态环境保护工作从业者提供参考。 The emission concentration limits of air pollutants in the national emission standards are the limits of the baseline oxygen content under the standard conditions,the concentration values of various pollutants monitored under actual working conditions are related to flue gas parameters such as flue gas temperature,humidity,pressure and reference oxygen content,through the systematic combing of the conversion method of the measured pollutant concentration value under the working conditions,clarified the conversion formula,the conversion coefficient of common air pollutants is given in detail.The converted value is used as the basis for judging whether the pollutant meets the standard,avoid man-made dilution to meet standard requirements,solve the dilemma that it is difficult to quickly and accurately determine whether the air pollutant monitoring data meets the standard in daily work.It provides practical reference for on-site environmental law enforcement,monitoring personnel,and enterprise ecological environmental protection work practitioners.
