AT1-AA及SEng在子痫前期孕妇病情评估的应用价值

Application value of AT1-AA and SEng in the evaluation of pregnant women with preeclampsia

目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ的Ⅰ型受体的自身抗体(AT1-AA)及可溶性内皮因子(SEng)在子痫前期患者中血清的表达及对子痫前期孕妇病情评估的应用价值。方法选择2019年3月~2020年5月正常产检及终止妊娠的60例孕妇作为研究对象,其中实验组为子痫前期孕妇20例,重度子痫前期孕妇20例;以同期年龄、孕周匹配的20例健康妊娠孕妇作为对照组,研究组与实验组的一般临床资料差异无统计学意义。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测实验组及对照组孕妇外周血中AT1-AA及SEng的表达水平。结果子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组的血清中AT1-AA及SEng水平均高于对照组,且重度子痫前期组高于子痫前期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关分析得知AT1-AA与SEng的表达呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AT1-AA及SEng在子痫前期患者血清中高表达,AT1-AA及SEng可能参与子痫前期患者的发病,与子痫前期疾病严重程度相关,可能成为子痫前期的预测指标。

Objective To explore the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ type Ⅰ receptor autoantibodies(AT1-AA) and soluble endothelial factor(SEng) in preeclampsia patients and its application value in the evaluation of preeclampsia pregnant women.Methods Sixty pregnant women who underwent normal obstetric examination and termination of pregnancy from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research object.Among them, the experimental group consisted of 20 preeclampsia pregnant women and 20 severe preeclampsia pregnant women.Twenty healthy pregnant pregnant women matched for gestational age were used as the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the general clinical data between the research group and the experimental group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the expression levels of AT1-AA and SEng in the peripheral blood of pregnant women in the experimental and control groups.Results The serum levels of AT1-AA and SEng in the pre-eclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were higher than those in the control group, and the severe preeclampsia group was higher than the preeclampsia group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that AT1-AA and SEng expression were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion AT1-AA and SEng are highly expressed in the serum of patients with preeclampsia.AT1-AA and SEng may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia patients, which is related to the severity of preeclampsia and may become a predictor of preeclampsia.
