系统性红斑狼疮膝关节骨坏死云克治疗疗效观察

Therapeutic effects of TC-MDP in patients with osteonecrosis of the knee in systemtic lupuseryth ematosus

目的评价云克治疗系统性红斑狼疮患者膝关节骨坏死的有效性及安全性。方法选取系统性红斑狼疮膝关节骨坏死患者25例(36膝),骨坏死均经MRI证实,比较云克治疗前后患者膝关节KSS评分、疼痛NRS评分、MRI骨坏死体积比的变化。结果 25例患者症状出现不同程度的好转,KSS膝关节评分、疼痛评分及MRI骨坏死体积比治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云克对系统性红斑狼疮膝关节骨坏死有明确的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effectivenesses and the adverse effects of 99TC-MDP for osteonecrosis of the knee in systemtic lupuseryth ematosus.Methods Twenty-five cases of osteonecrosis of the knee in systemtic lupuseryth ematosus were treated by 99TC-MDP.Osteonecrosiswas confirmed by MRI.To compare the changes in knee joint KSS score, pain NRS score, and MRI osteonecrosis volume ratio before and after Yunke treatment.Results When the treatment was finished, the symptoms of 25 patients improved to varying degrees, compared with treatment before, the changes of KSS knee joint score, pain NRS score and MRI osteonecrosis volume ratio were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 99TC-MDP therapy is effective in treating osteonecrosis of the knee in systemtic lupuseryth ematosus.
