摘要
[目的]了解我国医养结合型养老机构的卫生服务质量,验证方法的适用性,为医养结合领域研究和相关部门决策提供科学依据。[方法]采用分层抽样法选取我国15家具有代表性的医养结合型养老机构,应用加权TOPSIS法、加权秩和比法、加权综合指数法对机构卫生服务质量进行综合评价和分析。[结果]根据综合评分结果,编号为N4、N5、N2的养老机构卫生服务质量排序靠前,编号为N6、N11、N7的养老机构卫生服务质量排序靠后,且3种评价方法的Spearman相关系数均大于或等于0.957(P<0.001),说明具有较高相关性。[结论]我国医养结合型养老机构的卫生服务质量总体水平不高,存在地区差异;3种综合评价方法适用于医养结合型养老机构的卫生服务质量评价。
Objective This paper aims to understand health services quality in integrated treatment and convalesce elderly care institutions, verify the applicability of these methods, so as to provide scientific basis for the researches in the field of integrated treatment and convalesce and related decision-making departments. Methods The stratified sampling method was adopted to select 15 representative integrated treatment and convalesce elderly care institutions in China. It conducted comprehensive evaluation and analysis of health service quality by the methods of weighted TOPSIS, weighted RSR, and weighted synthetic index. Results According to comprehensive evaluation results, the health service quality of elderly care institutions with numbers N4, N5 and N2 ranked front, higher, and N6, N11 and N7 ranked rear. The Spearman correlation coefficients of three evaluation methods were all greater than or equal to 0.957(P<0.001), indicated it had high correlation. Conclusions The overall level of health service quality in integrated treatment and convalesce elderly care institutions in China is not high, and there are regional differences, Three comprehensive evaluation methods are suitable for the evaluation of health service quality in integrated treatment and convalesce elderly care institutions.
