基于FMEA的民营养老机构内部运营风险分析

Analysis on internal operation risk of private elderly care institutions based on FMEA

[目的]分析民营养老机构运营风险现状,测算风险等级,提出应对策略,为民营机构运营风险防范管理提供解决思路。[方法]运用失效模式与影响分析(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,FMEA)方法分析机构内部各运营风险,并提出基于风险容忍度的ERPN公式,以测算各风险的重要度及风险等级。[结果]A民营养老机构运营具有高风险特点,突发疾病和意外、流感等传染性疾病、他伤和自伤、摔倒坠床、员工离职率高是该机构面临较高的风险。[结论]ERPN对失效模式的测算结果更为精准可靠,且具有较好的关键风险特性识别能力。

Objective Analyze current status of operational risks of private elderly care institutions,calculate risk levels,propose risk response strategies so as to provide solutions for prevention and management of operational risks of private institutions.Methods It used failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)method to analyze internal operating risks of the organization,and propose an ERPN formula based on risk tolerance to measure the importance and risk level of each risk.Results A private elderly care institution had the characteristics of high risks,such as sudden illness and accident,lu and other infectious diseases,heterogeneous injury and self-injury,trip and fall from bed,high staff demission rate.Conclusions ERPN's calculation results are more accurate and reliable for failure modes,and have better identification ability for key risk characteristics.
