摘要
某批次42CrMo钢产品,在热处理后出现拉伸性能明显差异现象。针对该问题,进行了化学成分分析、显微组织及断口分析。结果表明:该批次产品成分一致,但显微组织差异明显,拉伸性能较低的样品存在明显铁素体组织,表现为未淬透现象,可能与热处理过程中未严格按照工艺规范执行有关,造成性能与标准值存在较大差异。
After heat treatment,the tensile properties of one batch of 42CrMo steel are obviously different.In order to solve this problem,the chemical composition analysis,microstructure and fracture analysis were conducted.The results show that the composition of this batch of products are identical,but the microstructure difference is obvious.The samples with lower tensile properties have obvious ferrite structure,showing non-hardenability phenomenon,which may be related to the failure to strictly follow the process procedures during the heat treatment process,resulting in a big difference between the real performance and the standard value.
