Damage Analysis of Straightening Roller Bearing

辊式矫直机作为板材轧制生产线上不可或缺的重要设备,是改善板材瓢曲缺陷的重要手段,因此矫直机平稳高效的运行,是各个轧钢厂极其关心的问题。本文通过对中板厂矫直机使用过程中矫直辊轴承易损坏的现状进行分析,找出轴承损坏的原因,制定措施,保证矫直机高效运行。

As an indispensable equipment in plate rolling production line,roll-type leveler is important to improve the buckle defect of plate.Therefore,smooth and efficient operation of the leveler is of great concern to all rolling mills.This paper analyzed and found out the reasons of the frequent failure of the bearings of leveling rolls in Medium Plate Mill,and formulated counter measures to solve the problem to ensure the efficient operation of the leveler.
