近五年来膝骨关节炎的针灸治疗概况

Overview of acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis in recent five years

膝骨性关节炎是临床上最常见的关节疾患之一,主要表现为膝关节疼痛和关节功能丧失,其发病率随年龄的增高而上升。因致病机制不明,西医缺乏行之有效的治疗手段,然而膝骨性关节炎的针灸治疗卓有成效,已得到社会的广泛认可。本文从选穴特点及常用治疗方法这两个方面对近5年来针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究进展进行综述。

Knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common joint diseases in clinical practice,mainly manifested by knee joint pain and joint function loss,the incidence of which increases with the increase of age.Due to the unknown pathogenesis,Western medicine lacks effective treatment,but the acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis has been effective,and has been widely recognized by the society.This article reviews the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the past five years from the two aspects of acupoint selection characteristics and common treatment methods.
