摘要
“收缩圈+三级线索”思维是一种通过多层次、多角度地分析临床资料,实现由“面到点”进行诊断的神经内科思维。本文从目前神经内科临床教学中存在的问题入手,阐释该思维的具体运作方式,探讨其在神经内科临床教学中应用的优势所在。实践表明,将“收缩圈+三级线索”思维应用于神经内科教学,能开阔学生的思路,提高临床诊断能力。
The thinking of“contraction circle+three-level clue”is a kind of neurology thinking which can realize diagnosis from“surface to point”by analyzing clinical data at different levels and angles.Starting from the problems existing in the clinical teaching of neurology,this paper explains the specific operation mode of the thinking,and discusses the advantages of its application in the clinical teaching of department of neurology.Practice shows that the application of“contraction circle+three-level clue”thinking in neurology teaching can broaden students’thinking and improve their clinical diagnosis ability.
