万华教授运用黄连治疗乳腺疾病经验举隅

Professor Wan Hua’s clinical experience in treating breast diseases by using Rhizoma Coptidis

本文对万华教授运用黄连配伍治疗乳腺疾病的临床经验进行总结。万华教授认为,热毒和痰湿是乳腺疾病发生、发展的关键病因病机,临床上强调辨病与辨证相结合,重视局部辨证与整体辨证相关联。从热毒、痰湿论治,以清热解毒、燥湿化痰等治疗方法辨证施治,贯彻“以通为贵,以消为要”的思想,重在“清化”,着眼于“和”,灵活运用黄连,寒热并用,攻补兼施,有守有变,共奏良效,并列两则病案以证之。

This paper summarizes Professor Wan Hua’s clinical experience in treating breast diseases with Rhizoma Coptidis.Professor Wan Hua believes that heat toxin and phlegm dampness are the key etiology and pathogenesis of breast diseases.Clinically,it emphasizes the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,and attaches importance to the correlation between local syndrome differentiation and integral syndrome differentiation.From the perspective of heat toxin and phlegm dampness,the treatment methods of heat-clearing and detoxifying and drying dampness and dispersing phlegm are used according to syndrome differentiation.Carry out the idea of“communication is the most important,consumption is the most important”,we should focus on“qinghua”and“harmony”,flexibly using Rhizoma Coptidis for treatment focusing on elimination and balance.Two medical records are presented.
